Auctions promote competitive bidding, where competition drives the price of an item higher.
Advertising and commissions are the largest costs. Advertising can typically be as much, or a little, as you would like. However, advertising costs have a high return on investment, making them essential for a successful auction. Commission is set by the value of the items in your auction. The commission rate is discussed when we meet with you for a free consultation. Other optional expenses include things like porta potty and dumpsters/dump fees.
Sellers are obviously welcome to be at their auction, but some find it easier to go and do something else that day.
Advertising is the most important part of preparing an auction, and we are huge advocates for the auction method of marketing. We are equipped to advertise your auction through several different auction specific websites, our personal website, multiple online bidding platforms, local and state newspapers, the Arkansas Auctioneers Association advertising platform, flyers, radio advertisements, email blasts, and text message promotions. Depending on your advertising wishes, we can run targeted campaigns to get your assets in front of the consumers who most desire them.
This is our most asked question. We will come meet with you during a no cost/no obligation consultation and discuss the best way to market and sell your assets. We can conduct live and online auctions, and in some cases we can do both at the same time. If you do not have enough for your own individual auction, we can consign your items to still maximize their value.

We will treat you like you’re part of our family from day one. Typically, those needing an auction are going through a difficult time, and we hope to make this part of that process as seamless as possible.
Buyer’s
This varies by the auction. Typically a seller will give you anywhere from 1-7 days to take your things. Sometimes though, a situation will require you to take your items the day of the auction. If the sale is at our auction house, we can work with you to get your items removed in a timely manner.
We accept cash, checks, and credit/debit cards. Cards will be subject to a 4% processing fee.
We encourage everyone to come enjoy the fun! Auctions can be intimidating your first time, but we will help you learn the process and make sure you feel comfortable at our event.
